At this point, our online Shopping Cart only ships name badges to U.S. addresses. If you do not live in the U.S. and would like reusable name badges shipped to you, please call 1-800-563-2464 to speak with one of our Account Managers about your order. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.Orders placed on an official holiday (Canada or USA) will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction with all products sold via www.themightybadge.com. All merchandise purchased online via www.themightybadge.com is backed with a 30-day money back guarantee. You may return any unused, undamaged merchandise with a receipt within 30 days for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).Refunds
All blank or in-stock product being returned for credit require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by Imprint Plus. Credit for product received in re-saleable condition will be issued upon receipt. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-563-2462 for a RMA # and shipping details.Returns for credit are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated as 15% of the total value of the product being returned or $ 50.00, whichever is greater.
